We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in custom software development, work-flow automations, process integrations and developing solutions using AI technology. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing/Sales Associate to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Marketing/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our company at various networking events, trade shows, conferences, and expos. Working directly with our Marketing/Sales Director and General Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase our offerings, engage with potential leads, and contribute to our growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company and its services, products, and solutions at local business networking events within a 30-mile radius of our headquarters.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and expos across the state, facilitating meaningful interactions with attendees.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Sales Director to set up meetings with potential leads.
  • Manage inbound emails and calls from potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively represent the company in various networking settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google suite such as Google Spreadsheets, Google docs, etc.,
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work from our office in Schaumburg, IL most days.
  • Flexibility to work remotely on occasion, depending on circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, MailChimp, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • New College graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to work 2 to 3 days a week.
  • Possibility of transitioning to full-time employment in mid-Fall of 2025.
  • We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time but may reconsider for the right candidate.
